Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel a reservation or package, please send an email to info@explorelulea.com.
All cancellations must be confirmed by us via email to be valid.

For cancellations of accommodation and package tours:

• 46 days or more before arrival: An administration fee of 10 % or equivalent non-refundable deposit will be charged.

• 45–31 days before arrival: 75 % of the reservation price will be charged.

• 30 days or less before arrival: 100 % of the reservation price will be charged.

For cancellation of activities:

• Less than 24 hours before the start of the activity: 100 % of the booking price will be charged. This applies to all activities cancelled later than 24 hours before the start.

For cancellation of the high-altitude cable car:

If you cancel your high-altitude cable car reservation within 14 days of your booked date, you will receive a gift certificate for the full amount. This can be used for a future booking or transferred to another person. 

When booking a group, you need to pay for the number you booked even if there are fewer participants. You can adjust the number of participants up to three days before. The minimum group booking is for 8 people.
