Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel a reservation or package, please send an email to info@explorelulea.com.
All cancellations must be confirmed by us via email to be valid.

For cancellations of accommodation and package tours:

• 46 days or more before arrival: An administrative fee of 10 % or the equivalent of a non-refundable deposit will be charged.

• 45-31 days before arrival: 75 % of the booking price is charged.

• At most 30 days before arrival: 100% of the booking price is charged.

To cancel activity:

• Less than 24 hours before the activity: 100% of the booking price will be charged. This applies to all activities that are cancelled after 24 hours before the activity starts.

For cancellation on the high-altitude course:

If you cancel the high-altitude track within 14 days, you will receive a gift card for the full amount. This can be used for a future booking or transferred to another person.
