Cancellation policy

If you want to cancel a package, write an email to info@explorelulea.com, your cancellation must be confirmed to apply. We charge a total of 10% of the booking price or the equivalent of a non-refundable deposit that you paid when booking if you cancel at least 46 days before arrival. If you cancel within 45-31 days before arrival, we charge a fee of 75% of the booking cost. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the booking cost.

If you want to cancel an activity, write an email to booking@explorelulea.com, your cancellation must be confirmed to take effect. If you cancel up to 14 days before the activity, you will receive a full refund (less 10% administrative cost). Cancellations that occur less than 14 days before the activity will be charged 100%. The same applies if you book an activity within 14 days before your booked time, in these cases the booking is non-refundable.
If you cancel the high-altitude track within 14 days, we will issue a gift card of the same amount so that you/you can come at a later time or give it away to someone else.
