Welcome to a snowmobile tour that takes you both through the forest and out onto the ice.
We meet in central Luleå at the Southern harbor next to the old industrial crane. See the map here

It is a type of sled that can be used to move easily on both ice and snow. It helps maintain balance and is easy to turn.
The kicksled has been used mainly in the north and it is not unusual that we still see the people in the villages taking their children to school on the kicksled or as a means of transport to the store.
The kick makes it easier to cover longer distances in less time and it's easy to pack a snack on. During our coffee break, it's a great place to sit down on the kick and enjoy the good stuff!
