Bouncy castle in Luleå – rules, safety, age and capacity

•Recommended age: 3–10 years (or according to the label on the current model).

•Maximum 2 children at a time.

•Maximum weight per child 45 kg, maximum total weight 90 kg.

•Maximum length 150 cm.

•Do not mix big/small children at the same time. No adults in the bail unless the model explicitly allows it.

Supervision & rules of procedure

•An adult (18+) must supervise the game at all times.

•No shoes, glasses, jewelry or sharp objects.

•No food, drinks, chewing gum or confetti/glitter.

•No flips or wrestling.

•Slide: ride sitting, feet first – never head first.

•Keep entrance/exit clear.

Location, electricity & anchorage

•Flat, even and safe surface. Outdoors on soft ground; indoors, protective mats are required on hard floors.

•At least 2 m clear around the castle from fences, trees, walls and cables.

•Anchoring always mandatory: ground stakes or ballast/weights according to manual.

•230 V with ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). Cables must be protected – no cables under the guarantor.

•The blower/fan should be protected; children must not touch the fan or cord.

Weather & Outages

•No operation in rain/thunderstorm.

•Stop in case of wind gusts above 8 m/s (or lower if required by the model manual).

•In unsafe conditions: empty the bailer, turn off the fan and wait for a safe position.

Customer responsibilities

•The customer is responsible for permits/landowner approval, ensuring that site requirements and electricity are met, and for constant supervision.

•The rules must be followed; violation may result in us suspending use for safety reasons.

•Voluntary damage cost insurance can be taken out (+500 SEK/rental). With insurance we cover damages according to the terms; without insurance the customer is reimbursed the replacement value in the event of damage caused during the rental period.

•Cleaning/sanitation will be charged in the event of abnormal soiling (e.g. confetti, glitter, face paint).
