Lule\u00e5 is a coastal town in Norrbotten County. Here you can experience everything from spas and nice restaurants to beautiful nature experiences. In the center there is a large selection of shopping, both in small shops and the malls Smedjan, Shopping and Strand. You can also settle down in one of the many cafes or restaurants in the city.<\/p>

Just outside the center of Lule\u00e5 is the world heritage Gammelstad church village. In Gammelstad's center stands a beautiful medieval stone church from the 15th century, surrounded by 405 unique church cottages and 552 chambers. This is where the city of Lule\u00e5 was once founded and grew until in the 17th century it was moved to where Lule\u00e5 is today as a result of land elevation. In Gammelstad's church town there are cozy shops with locally designed products, art and crafts. You can experience the beautiful and unique world heritage both without and with a guide, winter as well as summer.<\/p>

The Lule\u00e5 archipelago consists of 1,312 islands, coves and skerries with beautiful nature and well-preserved cultural history. You can get out into the archipelago by tour boat, either for a pleasant day trip or a longer trip with an overnight stay in one of the cabins that can be rented out on the islands.<\/p>

In winter, you can experience an icebreaker tour, a snowmobile tour, snowshoe hiking, northern lights hunting, dog sledding and meet reindeer and moose. In the summer, you can kayak or stand up paddleboard, climb both indoors and outdoors and visit the high-altitude track Upzone.<\/p>

Every year, an ice rink is plowed from Norra Hamn around to S\u00f6dra Hamn. You can either take a walk, kick or skate along the ice rink. In Lule\u00e5 there is Sweden's largest multi-arena Alcatraz. They offer, among other things, paintball, laser game, go kart, Prison Island, Arcade including VR, spa and relax and food court.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
