This applies to all activities cancelled later than 24 hours before the start.<\/p><p><strong>For cancellation of the high-altitude cable car:<\/strong><\/p><p>If you cancel your high-altitude cable car reservation within 14 days of your booked date, you will receive a gift certificate for the full amount. This can be used for a future booking or transferred to another person.\u00a0<\/p><p>When booking a group, you need to pay for the number you booked even if there are fewer participants. You can adjust the number of participants up to three days before. The minimum group booking is for 8 people.<\/p><p>Thank you for your understanding.<\/p><p><strong>For cancellation of group activities (e.g. Combat archery tag, Bubble football, The Challenge):<\/strong><\/p><p>If you cancel later than 7 days before the start of the activity, 100% will be charged from the booking price.
